RUSNANO Invests 25 ME in Beneq
Russian Nanotechnology Corporation (RUSNANO) has invested 25 million euros in Beneq, the Finnish pioneer and world-leader in industrial production and laboratory equipment for nano-scale thin films and functional coatings.
